  • 3 chicken breasts boneless and skinless, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups Panko breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce optional
